Pending the full terms, by using BallotRadar products and services (including this website, the iOS app, and any campaign-facing tooling provided under pilot) you agree that:

BallotRadar provides nonpartisan election information on a best-effort basis. We do not endorse candidates or parties.
Election data shown is sourced from official election authorities and third-party civic data providers. It may contain errors; always verify important details with your local elections office before taking action.
Pilot campaign services are delivered under a separate written engagement that governs scope, pricing, and data handling.
